What it is
Conditioning sessions mix weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural work into a single piece. The stimulus is written first and the loads and movements are scaled to hit it, so everyone in the room trains at the intended intensity rather than the same numbers.
Who it’s for
- 01People who want variety without losing structure
- 02Anyone building work capacity and engine
- 03Lifters who want conditioning that doesn't wreck their strength work
- 04Former team-sport athletes who miss competing
