What it is
Strength work is the backbone of the gym. You train the same handful of compound lifts on a repeating schedule, add load in planned increments, and keep a record of every session. Nothing here is improvised — you walk in knowing the lifts, the sets and the weight on the bar.
Who it’s for
- 01Anyone who wants to get measurably stronger rather than just busier
- 02Lifters stuck at the same numbers for months
- 03People returning after a long layoff who want structure, not guesswork
- 04Athletes building a base for another sport
Inside a session
What an hour looks like
- 01
Warm-up
General movement, then ramping sets into the day's main lift.
- 02
Main lift
One primary barbell movement taken to the day's prescribed load.
- 03
Secondary
A supporting compound at moderate load and higher volume.
- 04
Accessory
Targeted work for the positions that limit the main lifts.
- 05
Log it
Every set and load written down before you leave the floor.
